Shipping Policies 

For all orders placed via prepaid mode (Credit Card, Net Banking, Debit Card, UPI, etc ) shall be serviced to you on the shipping address with us.

If your address is in Mumbai, then your order will be delivered within 2 business days from the date of purchase to your registered shipping address. We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. The shipments will be done through anyone the following agencies:

Non-delivery of Package 


 

Incorrect Address: We recommend validating the shipping address before confirming the same on our website. We do not take responsibility if the delivery address provided is incorrect.  If a package is returned to us because the address is incorrect or outdated we will consider the order status as closed. Please carefully check to make sure that you have entered current and correct address.

 

Address Format: If you supply a Post Office Box for your shipping address, most shipment partners might be unable to deliver your package. We will try to curb this problem prior to shipping by taking an alternate address from the customers. If the alternate address is not available the order shall not be processed and we will consider the order status as closed.

 

Failed Delivery Attempts: Our shipment partner shall make three attempts to deliver your package and post unsuccessful delivery after these attempts we will consider the order status as closed.

 

Refused by Recipient: If you are sending a gift to someone and they refuse to accept the package because they think it is being sent to them by error then the package will be returned to us as deliverable. By informing your gift recipient that they should expect a package you will help us ensure that they receive your gift. The order will be considered as closed.

 

Return & Refund Policy

After purchasing the product.

 

After you make a purchase on our website, our customer executives get on a call with you to discuss about the product and its use, if it matches your purpose, we send out the product to you.

 

And if it doesn’t serve your purpose then we refund the payment to your account within 24 hours of the call.

After Product is Delivered

 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

As per the policy, returns can accepted within 7 days only on unused products and in original packaging condition. Insoles can be returned only when the original packaging and tags are intact. However, returns on Insoles are conditional due to products usage reasons. 

Your item must be in the original packaging.

 

You will be responsible for the cost of mailing the insoles back to us if it is required.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

Once the product has met the eligibility for returns, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

 

If the product has not met the eligibility for returns, we will notify you and no refunds will be made.

In case you want the product back after not meeting eligibility requirements, you will be charged for shipping the product.
